He was predeceased by: his father Henry Meldon; his wife Mary Parson; and his brother Billy Neal Parson. He is survived by: his mother Billie Jean Brannon Parson; his daughters, Angela Parson and Susan Parson; and his brother Aubrey Parson (Ginger).
