He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Lee and Etta Mae Brimer Weaver; his brother Ray Weaver; his daughter-in-law Vickie Rena Weaver; and his sister-in-law Emma Weaver.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn L. Weaver; his children, Allon Weaver, Phillip Weaver (Melinda) and Marsha Weaver Sanders (Larry); his siblings, Talmadge Weaver, Linda Marbutt (Robert), Reba East (Charles) and Anna Faye Weaver; his grandsons, Nicholas Weaver and Tyler Weaver (Amanda); and his great grandchildren, Melee Weaver and Noah Weaver. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
