She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Byron Epperson and Erma Jordon Epperson; her siblings, Wanda Suits, Jordan Waco Epperson and Billy Epperson; and her grandson Matthew Stein.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne W. Emerson; her children, Donna Emerson, Bryan Emerson and Vickie E. Stein; and her siblings, Bobbie Cofield, Jean Lyle and Jerry Epperson.
