She was predeceased by: her husband Rue Omar West; her daughters, Jeannie Barron and Tootsie Farris; and her parents, Julian Hebert-Desmary and Julie Hebert-Desmary.
She is survived by: her sons, Jim West (Martha) and Junior West (Glenda). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
