He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Levi Harris and Leonie A. Alexander Harris; his wife Bula Faye Harris; his siblings, Levi, Leo, Leland and Annie Lee; and his grandson Thad Harris.
He is survived by: his children, Obie Harris (Trisha), Helen Berryhill (Michael), Jerry Harris (Onieda) and David Harris (Mary); his siblings, Iva Lee Legg and Leon Harris; his grandchildren, Wendy Story, Missy Bray, Charity Gray, Lashona Harris, Frankie Harris, Megan Harris, Chris Harris and Tim Harris; and his great grandchildren, Tomlin, Eric, Kiera, Steven Story, Nathan, Daisy Bray, Kodie, Sheyenne, Jaxson, Philip Gray, Jakota Shanchez, Brooklyn, Camden and Adalyn Harris.
