He was predeceased by: his parents, J. W. Long and Verna Long; and his sisters, Millie Cleveland and Reba Sanders. He is survived by: his wife Kay Carden Long; his children, Gregory Leon Long, Kevin Alan Long, Beth Ann Long and Melissa Long Bales (Shawn); his sister Sue Gravitt; his grandchildren, Amber Lynn White (Terry), Douglas Adam Wilkins, Amy Leann Cochran, Lindsay Victoria Wilkins and Morgan Andrew Long; and his great grandchildren, Ani, Jaliyah, Jaiden, Jaxon, Aubrey and Kaylee.
