She is survived by: her children, Pamela Hammack and Charles Hammack (Nina); her grandchildren, Shelden Schrelick, Anthony Schrelick and Ayden Michael Hammack; her great grandchildren, Angelica Sanford, Anthony Morin, James Dean Schrelick and Brian Sanford; her brother Larry Reynolds; and her granddaughter-in-law Faith Sanford.
