She was predeceased by: her parents, William Franklin Ward and Myrtle Cornelius Ward; her husband Neil Kenneth Burns; her daughters, Joanna Lynn Stice and Kristy Dawn Burns; her sisters, Mavis Prater and Linda Watkins Martin; her grandsons, Justin Stice and Jeremy Winkles; and her great grandchild Isabella Breed.
She is survived by: her children, Greg Burns (Anna), Angela Rene Winkles (Joe) and Jon Burns (Cindy); and her siblings, Jane Smith and Waylon Ward. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
