He is survived by: his children, Debbie Clay and Kenny Clay (Gina); his grandchildren, David Clay, Amanda Clay Hendrix and Mindy Cummings; his great grandchildren, Garrett Clay, Jase Hendrix, Courtney Cummings, Caden Cummings and Kolby Cummings; and his sister Leda Avery. He is also survived by 2 sister in laws; one brother in law; and a host of nieces and nephews.
