She is survived by: her brothers, Joseph Martin and Royce Brimer; her children, Justin Fortenberry, William Fortenberry, Keith Simmons and Sandra; her grandson Vincent Fortenberry; her parent Ophelia Fortenberry; and her stepchildren, Josh Cook, Catho Cook, Reggie Cook, Randall Cook, Blake Brown, Katie Cook Carter, Mistie Johnson, Starla Aldridge and Chasidy Brown. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
