It is with great sadness that we announce the death of June Lovett Baird (Haleyville, Alabama), born in Double Springs, Alabama, who passed away on April 17, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, McKinley Lovett and Docia Lovett; her niece Dionne Lovett; her daughters, Sophie Rose and Carol; her son-in-law Jackson Dodd; her granddaughters, Jenifer Dodd, Samantha Dodd and Katherine Dodd Pangburn (Scott Pangburn); and her great grandchild Wesley Matthew Pangburn. She was also cherished by one sister and two brothers.
It was June's request that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Alabama Baptist Children's Home Ministry or any Alabama children's home you personally support.
