He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Jack and Bertha Jack; and his siblings, Elbert Jack, Elton Jack and Agnes Tidwell (Jack).
He is survived by: his wife Truby Pinkard Jack; his children, Keith Jack, Jeffrey Jack (Rhonda) and Debbie Foster (Mark); and his grandchildren, Ryan Foster, Tyler Foster and Hannah Mills.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
