He was predeceased by: his daughter Misty Dawn Baldy; his parents, Albert Washington and Bessie Eara Guthrie Baldy; and his siblings, Bobby Carol Baldy, Christie Joe Baldy, Mary Londalane Crumpton and Linda Gail Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Joyce Baldy (Spires); his son Johnny Wayne Baldy (Angie Benefield); his siblings, Jackie Wayne Baldy (Carolyn) and Bonnie Louise Kurzendoerfer (James); and his grandchild Cameron Reid Baldy.
