It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Jackson of Haleyville, Alabama, who passed away on January 2, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Jackson and Margret Jackson of Reynoldsville, GA.; his brother Randy Jackson; and his daughter Angela Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Amy Knight Jackson; his children, Eric Jackson (Betty) of Phil Campbell, AL, Kellie Childers (Dylan) of Bear Creek, AL, Rebecca Jones (Adam) of Lessburg, GA, Kristina Hill (Robert) of Morganton, KY, Jonathan Jackson (Ella) and CJ Jackson (Brittney) of Jasper, GA; his sisters, Sherry Awbrey (Sabrina) of Columbia, TN and Debra Pollack (Billy) of Albany, GA; and his sister-in-law Angela Jackson of Bacanton, GA. He is also survived by one great grandchild; and an abundance of nieces and nephews.
