He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Wesley and Delmar Tressie Lawler; and his sister Geraldine Lawler. He is survived by: his children, Sandy Lawler, Vickie Lawler, Shane Lawler (Iuliia), Jennifer Lindley (Cliff), Kristina Flores and Christopher Flores; the mother of his children Kaye Robinson; his brother Johnny Boshell; his grandchildren, Chad Lawler, Trent Lawler, Echo Lawler and Skyler Lindley; his great grandchildren, Hayden Lawler, Shannon Lawler, Wick Lawler, Luke Lawler and Aiden Betts; his nieces, Carrie Boshell Tidwell (Jeremy) and Kim Boshell; and his great-nephew Brantley-Jo Boshell.
