He was predeceased by: his parents, Avery Humphes and Ochlys Humphes; his son Richard Humphres; and his siblings, Randell Humphres (Julia), Patty and Colleen Humphres.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Humphres; his sons, John Humphres (Amy) and Michael Humphres (Sharlotte); his sister Laverne Barton; and his great grandchild Riggs Cagle.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Pinkard Funeral Home (1308 21st St, Haleyville, AL 35565).
