He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Pate (Howell) and Mary Swinney (Bruce); his nephews, Anthony Pate (Hayley), Kyle Pate, Blake Swinney (Ashley) and Logan Swinney (Brittany); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Julianna Swinney, Riley Claire Pate, James Robert Pate, Cohen Alexander Swinney and Robert Bennett Swinney.
