He was predeceased by: his father Julian Hodge; and his grandparents, Clovis and Mary Hodge. He is survived by: his mother Ona Fay Hodge; his sisters, Julie Coffman (Dennis) and Vicki Crumpton (Tim); his nieces and nephews, Kelli Garrick (Colin), Kaci Crumpton, Teri Coffman, Tyler and Tanner Coffman; and his close friend Sherry Moody.
