He is survived by: his wife Joyce Frances Robbins; his children, Brenda Gail Rowe (Keith), Misty Dawn Steele (Tony) and Steve Lee Robbins (Nancy); his siblings, Billy Robbins, Jimmy Robbins, Pauline Scogin, Janie Grace, Kay Lemire and Christine Cornelius; his grandchildren, Tyler Rowe, Justin Rowe, Jessica Steele, Jordan Steele, Victoria Robbins, Andrew Robbins and Joseph Robbins; and his great grandchildren, Anna Rowe, Emily Rowe and Judson Steele.
