He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Heatherly and Lois Heatherly; his wife Sheila Heatherly; his son Michael Shannon Heatherly; his brother Larry Heatherly; and his brother-in-law Don Edwards.
He is survived by: his children, Tonya Heatherly, Dexter Heatherly, Sherry Elkins (Phillip), Brenda Williams (Brian) and Micah Ouellette (Rosie); his sisters, Kathy Smith (Curtis) and Marie Edwards; and his grandchildren, Sydney Heatherly, Chandler Heatherly (Leah), Candice Heatherly, Jadan Tidwell, Kris Heatherly, Taelor Barnes, Crystal Knight (Andrew), Corey Beam, Morgan Hood, Kolby Hood, Caleb Ouellette, Autumn Ouellette, Prentiss Ouellette, Jason, Michael and Zackary Davis. He is also survived by great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Pinkard Funeral Home (1308 21st St, Haleyville, AL 35565). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
