She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Webb and Rosie Webb; and her siblings, Robert Webb, Jr., Vernelle Godfrey and Beatrice Roulette.
She is survived by: her children, Debby Carter Hicks (Lee) and Michael Heath Garrison (Michelle); and her grandchildren, Shane Hunter (Michelle), Meta Hamby, Joseph Hamby, Samantha Garrison Padbury (Justin), Hayden Garrison and Ryon Campbell (Emilee). She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren; a host of family and friends.
