He is survived by: his wife Pamela Page; his children, William Page, Shanna Page, Farrah Painter (Michael) and Becca Thomas (Matt); his grandchildren, Asher Painter and Breauna Page; and his brother Louie Page (Judy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
