He is survived by: his wife Debra Smith; his mother Shirley Reasons; his brother Scotty Smith; his children, Jamie Smith, Shane Smith, Tyler Smith and Jennifer Smith (Josh); his grandchildren, Nevaeh Smith, Jaycie Smith Caiden Smith, Braylen Smith, Marissa Greer, Alex Pickens, Easton Smith, Caroline Smith and Bentley Smith; and his great grandchildren, Elias Brock, Sahmara Brock and Judah Manasco. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
