He was predeceased by: his parents, Mose Hulsey and Elsie Roberts Hulsey. He is survived by: his wife Myra Veal Hulsey; his daughter Misty Gibson (Shane); his sister Patricia Moss; and his grandchildren, Sarah Hoadley, Lily Norris and Brody Gibson.
