She is survived by: her children, Carol Defoor (Lanier), Angie Willis (Jerry) and Randy Hicks (Wanda); her grandchildren, Andrea Story (Garret), Richard Defoor (Misty), Ginger Holdbrooks (Jody), Wesley Hicks (Mallory) and Alyssa Elliott (Samuel); her great grandchildren, Madison Defoor, Brett Whaley, Maggie Whaley, Heather Story, Hunter Story, Caleb Elliott, Samantha Elliott, Weston Hicks, Haley Walton and Breanna Bieryla; her great great grandchildren, Lilly, Ryker and A. J.; and her sister Ann Hollis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Pinkard Funeral Home (1308 21st St, Haleyville, AL 35565). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
