He was predeceased by: his wife Cleazella Farris; his daughter Kathy Ann Farris; his parents, Marvin Farris and Minnie Miles Farris; and his siblings, Marvin Farris, Jr. and Margaret Garrison (Ed).
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Farr (Ken), Bill Farris, Sandra Farris and Doug Farris (Kathy); his grandchildren, Kristi Rains (Michael), Karen Burns (Brad), Jessica Sutherland (Adam), Samantha Baulch (Brian), Alanna Sullivan (Jake), Emily Mays (Alston), Will Farris, Makhia Farris and Trina Farris; his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Nathan, Caleb Rains, Connor and Chloe Burns; and his brothers, Jesse Farris and Freddie Farris.
