He was predeceased by: his son Gary "Chuck" Wayne Price, Jr.; his parents, Maxine Price and Fred Price; and his siblings, Don Price, Freddie Jo Palmer, Tom Price and Jackie Price.
He is survived by: his wife Nelda Cooper Price; his children, Amye Dea Cooper Clay (David), Steven Cooper, Frederick Heath Price, April Thomas (Alan) and Lori Young; his siblings, Mickey Price, Jim Price, Ollie Young and Carylon Lamb; and his grandchildren, Garrett Clay, Trea Cooper, Heather Price, Kayla Price, Austin Thomas, Madison Cooper and Anna Grace Cooper.
