She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilton Evans and Maggie Evans; her former husband Ray Green; and her husband Alton Halbert. She is survived by: her daughters, Margaret Garrard (Gus) and Becky Carter (Tom); her sister Mona Evans Whitt; her grandchildren, Kellie Bowling (Ronnie), Kristie Ezzell (Terry), Maggie Jenkins (Chad), Justin Carter (Carrie) and Lee Carter (Sydney); her great grandchildren, Lauren Sams (Blake), Ryan Bowling, Logan Ezzell (Summer), Landon Ezzell, Jackson Carter, Brooks Carter, Owen Jenkins, Eli Jenkins, Allie Jenkins and Greyson Carter; and her great great grandchild Ryder Bowling.
