Butler (Carolyn); his grandsons, Brett Butler (Dawn), Chad Butler (Cherri) and Christopher Butler; and his great grandchildren, Callen, Chole Butler, Matthew, Michael Butler, Emily Sink and Kayden Hill. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
