He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Virgle Jack and Bertha Elizabeth Berry Jack; his siblings, Agnes Tidwell and Elbert Jack; and his great grandchild Jayden Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Jack; his daughter Phyllis Jack; his grandchildren, Amanda Smith Thomas (Jason), Kayla Smith Jennings (Ben) and Zachary Smith (Rosalyn); his great grandchildren, Jackson Hightower, Adaline Smith, Remington Smith, Aniston Smith and Baby Colton Jennings; and his brother Wilton Jack (Truby). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
