He is survived by: his wife Dois Blanton Elliott; his children, Phillip Elliott (Karen), Tommy Elliott (Amanda), Tim Elliott (Joanie) and Kathy Pendergrass (Wade); and his daughter-in-law Pam Elliott. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
