He is survived by: his children, Gabrielle McCormick (Keith), Brad Hulsey (Krista) and Caleb Hulsey; his siblings, Linda Thomas, Gloria Crowe and Tex Hulsey; and his grandchildren, Daniel McCormick and Maxim McCormick.
