He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Dodd and Hattie Dodd; his brother Donald Dodd; and his close friend Brother Joel Hutcheson. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Dodd; his daughters, Malinda Jones (Ronnie) and Tammy Pruitt (Ricky); his grandchildren, Joseph Pruitt (Tiffany), Andrew Pruitt (Brittany) and Terri Tittle (Jason Garrett); his great grandchildren, Grayson, Mason and Saylor Pruitt; and his siblings, Connie Berry, Dean, Albert and David Dodd. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Nichols Funeral Home - Haleyville (1607 11th Ave, Haleyville, AL 35565). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
