She is survived by: her children, Gregg Cummings (Mary Butler), Rick Cummings, Byron "Tank" Cummings and Annette Hulsey (Royce); her sister Betty Sapp; her nephews, Jared Dooley and Jason Dooley; her grandchild Justin Butler (Jennifer) of Brandon Cummings; and her great grandchildren, Maddie Butler and Lane Butler.
