She is survived by: her husband Donald James Smith; her mother Janet Sue Coffman; her children, Paul William Farthing (Amanda Shay Cason), Kye Alexander Smith and Brandi SuAnn Sims (David Henry); her grandchildren, Brayden Paul Farthing, Elizabeth Pearl Farthing, Joel Bradley Farthing, Rylee Keith Mitchell, Henry Reid Sims, Tyler Ryan Sims and River Colt Sims; and her siblings, Don Richard Conner, John Matthew Coffman, Lisa Marie Farthing and Diane Michelle Bell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins.
