He is survived by: his wife Denise Dawn Ruder; his children, Nicole Ruder (Jacob Basenberg), Felicia Talis (Cody Ballard), Faith Ruder and Richard Talis; his parents, Edward Ruder (Doreen) and Bertha Hurst (Robert); his siblings, Edward Ruder, Jr. (Marisa), Wesley Ruder and Lynn Delinekas (Andreas); his brother-in-law Bill Scarbrough; his grandchildren, Carter Basenberg, Adam Talis, Victoria Talis, Haley Talis, Axeton Ballard of Karson Butler, D. J and Loryn Hope; and his godmother Roxanne Aleman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
