She is survived by: her sons, Daniel Joesph Hartzell, Jr. (Nita) and Jerry Allan Vickery (Julie); her siblings, Denise Richeson and William "Bill" Clark III; her grandchildren, Canaan, Emily, Gracie and Allie; and her close friend Lecil Estill.
