He is survived by: his wife Pailsey Parrish; his parents, Doyle Elkins and Sharon Elkins; his son James Bradley Elkins; his brother Alex Elkins; his grandparents, Rufus Byrd, Ernestine Byrd, Glenn Wells and Betty Wells; and his aunts and uncles, Tina Clemons (Len), Darlene Aderholt (Donnie), Steve Elkins (Beverly) and Keith Elkins (Divana).
