He is survived by: his sons, Dale Lakeman, John Lakeman, Tom Lakeman, Mike Lakeman and Jeff Lakeman; his stepdaughters, Robin McClung, Karen Duke and Kathy Barber; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Lakeman, Chris Lakeman, Amanda Lakeman, Evan Lakeman, Emily McSweeney, Jani Howell, Maggie Lakeman, Miranda Medlock, Alma Barber, Louis Barber, Jason Colburn and Season Crumpton.
