She is survived by: her children, Tammy Bailey and Tim Shirley; her siblings, Dee Hulsey, Bonnie Stricklin and Betty Phillips; her grandchildren, Brooke Goar, April Shirley and Bradley Bailey; and her great grandchildren, Owen Goar, Emmy Ricketts, Henry Goar, Bailey Goar, Josie Bailey and Dean Ricketts.
