She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Monroe Moore and Annie Maudie Ward Moore; her husband Hoyt Azel Campbell; and her brothers, James Dayton Moore, James Buford Moore and Jimmy Monroe Moore.
She is survived by: her son Randy Campbell (Sarena); her brothers, Jimmy Ray Moore (Virginia), Raymond Lee Moore (Marie) and Jerry Wayne Moore (Jane); her grandchildren, Randall Joshua Campbell, Eric Campbell, Katie Campbell Mumalo (Korey) and Sam Campbell; and her great grandchildren, Kacyn Campbell and Sutton Mumalo.
