He is survived by: his wife Nella Fran Pace; his children, Tim Pace (Beverly) and Laresia Jackson; his siblings, Larry Pace, Lila Glenn, Delona Lipscomb and Elaine McKissack; his grandchildren, Chad Porter (Laura), Misty Byrd (Jeff), Brooke Sherron (Jon), Tara White (Cameron) and Timberly Jones (Brian); and his great grandchildren, Jack Sherron, Blake Sherron, Hattie White, Finnley White, Mattie Byrd, Logan Porter and Bella Porter.
