He was predeceased by: his father Henry Cantrell; his grandparents, Dewey, Mary Ellin Cox, David and Rosa Lee Cantrell; and his aunts and uncles, Mary Lou Burnett, Ann Fleming, Polly Barnwell, Kay Scott, Wyndell Cantrell, Junior, Billy, Larry and Charles Cox.
He is survived by: his mother Lynda Cantrell Barber; his daughter Elizzabeth Shaw (Neal); and his aunts, Emogene Hunsinger, Margaret McKinney and Martha Miles (Jimmy Dale).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel (981 AL-253, Winfield, AL 35594). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at the Old Line Cemetery.
