He is survived by: his son Kevin Michael Sumlar of Baltimore, MD; his siblings, Marietta Johnson of Lakeland, FL and Ed Sumlar; his grandchildren, Ariel Sumlar, Justin Sumlar and Elise Sumlar; and his great grandchild Leira Hall.
