He is survived by: his wife Peggy Baker; his daughter Penny Fennell of Douglasville, Georgia; his grandsons, Mickel Berkheimer of Pennsylvania and Erick Berkheimer of Georgia; his great grandchild Logan; his stepson Byron Davis (Tina) of Tupelo, Mississippi; and his stepgranddaughters, Whitney Busboom (Dillon) of Mississippi and Baylie Busboom of Mississippi. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
