He is survived by: his brothers, Jeremiah Desiderio and Gary Wakefield; his wife Rose Mary Pinkard; his children, Adam Pinkard (Diana) and Stephanie Sawyer; his grandchildren, Emma Sawyer, Blake Sawyer, Grant Pinkard and Ayden Pinkard; his stepdaughters, Stephanie Cole and Savanna Cole; his stepgrandchildren, Summer Miller, Colby Gunnin and Kendall Gattis; his great grandchildren, Tinley Miller, Kezmai Miller, Copelan Miller and Lawson Miller; and his sisters, Laura Pinkard, Marie Garrison, Juanita Wood and Mary "Joyce" Cary.
