He is survived by: his children, Misty Lou McGuire (Kevin), Amber Lynn Sisk, Ryan Richardson and James A. "Jimmy" Sisk; his mother Lula Pokrzywinski (Dennis); and his siblings, Jimmy L. Sisk (Kathy), Randy Pokrzywinski, Terry Glen Pokrzywinski and Connie Pokrzywinski. He is also survived by grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
