He was predeceased by: his parents, Evie Bennett Tipton and Frank Maurice Tipton. He is survived by: his wife Mary Phillips Tipton; and his children, Thomas Tipton (Tam), James Tipton (Peggy), John Tipton (Debbie) and Sherry Conquest (Brad). He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, One brother and three sisters.

Donations may be made to the Gurley United Methodist Church or your favorite charity.
