He is survived by: his wife Pat Baze of Gurley, AL; his children, Ted Baze Jr. (Shelli) of California and Bonnie Smith (Jeff) of Huntsville, AL; his brother Chester Baze of Washington; and his grandchildren, Timmy Baze, Amy Smith, Ethan Smith and Jodi Baze.
