She was predeceased by: her parents, Dona Odessa and Frank L. Shafer; and her sisters, Linda Counts and Dianne Graf. She is survived by: her husband Norris Micajah Payne, III; her daughter Pamela Dawn Payne Fritz (Michael); her grandsons, Joseph Payne Fritz (Lindsey Parsons) and Bejamin Micajah Fritz (Emma); her great grandchild John David Fritz; her sister Sandra Groce (Roy); and her sister-in-law Linda Rosemeyer (Chris). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
